Intenet Explorer 11 Update

    Question

  • Hi Guys

    I require some help and I hope you might be able to help me out, I am currently running IE 11    Version:11.9600.18977IS   Update Versions: 11.0.56 (KB4092946) which doesn't work perfectly for me and I want to go for Version: 11.1029.15063.0 Update Versions: 11.0.60 (KB4092946)                                                                     

    as you see i have managed to get the same security update but i failed to get the same version 11.1029.15063.0 and update version 11.0.60, though i googled it many times but no outcome. All ideas are welcomed.

  • Speaking of "update" or up-to-date, here's an idea...

    Update (Upgrade) to Windows 10 & Edge.  Both are galaxies better (to be using) than 7 & IE.

  • Appreciate it Drew, but upgrading to Windows 10 is not an option for me as am running Windows 7 enterprise, which used by more the 500 employees.

  • Version:11.9600.18977IS   Update Versions: 11.0.56 (KB4092946) is the latest version on windows 7.

    Version: 11.1029.15063.0 Update Versions: 11.0.60 is for windows 10.

    If you check the option "install newer version automatically" in IE, then it will be updated via Windows Update.
