    If I assign a list item to a group of people is it possible for that list item to be duplicated and individually assigned to each person in the group. The goal is for each assigned person to have their own space to work on the item without having to assign each person in the group indivdually. I do not have access to designer

    If your goal is for EACH person to have their OWN task to work on, then you will need multiple tasks, one for each person.

    A task can be assigned to one or more persons, but the task represents an effort, whether performed individually, or as a group.
