How to filter a set when two conditions are true RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have this set:

Set [Non US Public Finance] AS
      ([Risk].[Risk Issue Type].[Risk Issue Type] * [Geography].[International Ind].[International Ind])

I want to filter out when it is BOTH 'Public Finance' AND 'D':

    I tried this filter:

Set [Non US Public Finance] AS
      filter([Risk].[Risk Issue Type].[Risk Issue Type] * [Geography].[International Ind].[International Ind] ,
       ( [Risk].[Risk Issue Type].Name<>"Public Finance" AND [Geography].[International Ind].Name<>"D" ) )

But this filters ALL rows where either of these is true:

How can I write this filter to only eliminate the first row when both conditions are true?  I want to keep this to a set and not the where clause as I am using this set to create other sets.

    Thank You

  • Hello,

Did you try apply 2 filters? First filtering on the Risk Issue Type, and then on the Geography.

    I think it should work.
