Tabbed conversations - left panel with conversations gets smaller RRS feed

  • Question

  • When a user has open more tabbed conversations in Skype for Business client, the size of the left panel where the names are get smaller.

issues with automatic resizing of the bar with names suddenly.

    Issue is intermittent.

issue has been reported by users with 16.0.4909.1000 version as well with 4912.

    is this a known behavior?

  • Hi Tarique A!

Does anyone else have the same issue?

Can you provide some pictures to show this issue more clearly?

I did a test in my environment and it seems no issue.

Then I changed the settings:Options->IM->enabled tabbed conversation->make tabs one line only. Open more tabbed conversation, the result like the following picture:

We recommend you try to update the client version to the newest or clear the client cache to see if this issue still happened.

  • Hi Tarique A!

In Skype for Business, we can freely adjust the size of the left panel.

If you want to avoid this issue, here is a workaround for you.

You can try to disabled tabbed conversation, change the settings like the following picture:
