Items not appearing in sent folder using Microsoft Exchange RRS feed

    Using Hotmail through outlook 2016 i was automatically set up using Microsoft Exchange.  When i send emails or reply to emails the recipients receive my email but a copy is not saved in my sent folder, and i have not be able to locate in any other folder in outlook.  This is making it hard for me to know if my mail is actually being sent and if the recipient is actually receiving it.  Is there a way to correct this problem and where can i locate my lost sent emails on my computer.

    Hi Jeffroe,

    Can these sent messages be searched in Outlook client? If you can find these messages, just hover your mouse over the message and it will show the folder where the message is located.

    Besides, please check if you have ticked the box of "Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder".(File > Options > Mail)

    For your reference: Change where sent email messages are saved.
