Patch deployment without using SCCM and WSUS RRS feed

    Hi All

    I would like to know if there is an easy way to deploy Microsoft patches without using WSUS and SCCM. Also don't want to use any utility to be ran on individual machine to have the patches installed.

    Kindly advise on this.

    Group Policy could be used, but there would be a lot more work than just using WSUS: why not just use WSUS, do you have any particular requirements?
