    After updating Windows 10 my Outlook 7 states that the Internet Mail is not registered properly. Re-install and try again. Do I need to upgrade to Outlook 10? If so is that a free download?

    Hi,

    Outlook is bundled with Microsoft Office. Which version of Microsoft Office do you have?

    If you have Office 2016, you can open Outlook 16: click [Start] button on the bottom left of the Taskbar and scroll downward ...

    Hi Terrel,

    Technically, Office 2007 is supported to run on Windows 10. Make sure you have all available updates installed (at least Service Pack 3) for Office 2007, and then check whether this issue continues.

    You have to buy Office/Outlook 2010 if you want to upgrade to it.

    By the way, Office 2007 has reach the end of support. To get a better user experience and support, it's highly recommended to upgrade to a newer version.
