Setup Interactive Response Group RRS feed

  • Hi,
    I'm in a process of setting up a new Interactive Response group. All internal extensions have 3 digits. The web interface is a bit limited to create a flow based on my requirements. Here is my scenario:
    The main number is dialed and the following message is played:
    "Welcome to CompanyABC. If you know the extension number of the person you wish to speak to, please dial now. Alternatively, press 1 for Group1, 2 for Group2, 3 for Group3, 9 for Group4 or hold the line".
    Here are the questions:
    1- How can I route the person to an extension by pressing 3 digits? I can only see the option to select one digit.
    2- If the person does not press any key, he should be routed to a specific number (Hold the line...). I cannot use a Queue Timeout because the message is
    played on Step 7 - Configure Interactive Voice Response.
    3- Is there a more flexible way to setup this component using powershell?
