  • Question

  • Hi,

    I have installed a Windows 7 PC and I need to boot the OS in to Disable Driver Signature Enforcement" mode.

    Currently I have to press the F8 key to boot in to this mode. I need to boot in to this mode automatically every time I restart computer. Is it possible?  Please help me.

  • In windows 7, the whole signing mechanism is enforced by single variable in kernel;
    if you set g_CiEnabled to "False", it'll disable the whole mechanism ...

    if you just want to load driver (not signed with root certificate authority), you can set Test Signing to True;
    bcdedit /set testsigning on
