    Upon upgrading to a recent Windows 10 Preview build, accounts in my Mail (Outlook preview) were deleted. I'm unable to add any accounts successfully. I can go through the add account process till the final step (e.g. add google account) after which I get an error saying something went wrong... My password was authenticated, and I get to a point where the process asks if I accept the terms. Any idea what got corrupted? I've tried to add even the Microsoft Hotmail account - and it gives me the same error. Thanks

    Hi,

    Office is not shipped with Windows 10, you may mean the Mail app as zig mentioned.

    For your issue, I suggest you update to build 10159 which contains many fixed to improve system and apps since I can add my google account in this version of Mail app without any issue.

    I'm currently running Windows 10 Build 10158 on Dell Latitude E6410. Started using Windows 10 since the inception (upgraded from Windows 8), and had to reinstall Windows 10 (using an ISO) somewhere in the beginning of the year.

    Not sure if you mean MS Office preview 2016 or Outlook.com Preview in a browser.  I suspect the former.

    It is the MS Office Outlook (Mail) Preview that ships with the Windows 10 preview.

    Office does not ship with win 10.  Win 10 does hava a mail app.  Is that what you are using?
