Sync Office 2016 Theme and Outlook 2016 Layout

  Hi all,

  As it seems I cannot find the solution myself, so I hope someone could help with it.

  I just would like to take the Office Theme and the Outlook Layout (Position of the reading pane, to-do-bar, etc.)

  I downloaded the UE-V template for the Office from MS, and it works nicely for the Options in each Office app, or the Signature is Synced nicely, but only these two things are not working.

  Could you please give me some advice? Should it work by default? or should I modify something on the .xml? Or is that a totaly different setting?
