Polycom Cannot make A call To Numbers

  Hello All

  I have a Polycom Phone VVX 1500 with the update and new software for LYNC and iam sign in with my cradential
  
  i can call from the phone to lync contacts and make a conference and i can receive from lync and mobile and PSTN Extenssion without Any problem

  now the problem that when i call to number like an extenssion or mobile or any digits it show me error direct that you cannot make a call

  but from the lync client with the same user i can make a call so no problem for the normlization or the voice policy!!
  
  so i will be very happy ef any one can help me with this issues
