SharePoint 3.0 Project View missing items. RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hey Guys,

I am inheriting a SharePoint site from an Admin while on vacation. The day he leaves is the day SharePoint decides to throw a fit (go figure) . Essentially when I look at all my projects in a list on sharepoint I can single left click as per normal to open the project up and view associated tasks and descriptions. The issue is all of this view is gone except for "tasks" , "related issues", and "related milestones". Here is where it gets interesting. When i click the drop down arrow of the project from the list and choose "edit" as opposed to just "view" I can see all my custom text fields and everything else that appears to be missing.

Attached are 2 pics. The first shows what I can "view" when I left click the project. The 2nd is the "edit" view (all the fields that should be on the first "view").

I am uncertain how this happened however any help would be much appreciated.

    thanks so much ,

    Hi Chris,

    Did you customize this view?

You can click modify this view in the dropdown menu of the current view you choose to decide which column you want display.
