Auto Assign Incident to Support group RRS feed

  • Initially when we setup SCSM we configured the incident templates to auto assign to a specific Support Group and Assigned to.  All of a sudden it stopped working.  After that we decided to upgrade to 2012 and it is still not working.  I tried to blank it out today in hopes that it would reset but when i did and tried to apply changes i got the following error

    Any ideas how to correct this? Thanks

  • It looks like you have an unsealed management pack called "IncidentFormExtension".

    As the error messages says: "Unsealed managementpacks can't be added as reference.

    You have to seal the management pack.
