technical preview 3 ignoring Remote Desktop Profile setting, creating local profiles

Trying to test out remote desktop services in TP3.

When a user that has a RD profile specified in ADUC logs in, they get a local profile - the RD profile setting appears to be completely ignored.

Is this a bug?

Is there any error prompt for your issue?

I’m not sure it's a bug for remote desktop services in TP3 since I haven't found such related statement from the Microsoft.

And for testing out remote desktop services in TP3. I suggest you could follow the articles below.
