Hi Sanak,
With mpviewer it's very easy.

There is a 2.2.1 version available for SCOM 2012:

I guess it depends on the definition of "everything in an MP". It is very useful and free but it doesn't seem to be able to report on threshold information which is frequently the key information for teams wanting to know what is being monitored as part of the MP.
It does look like on the new version you do get the thresholds on the Raw XML tab so it should be possible to get this information out but it would need tweaking.
Cheers

Hi
The most complete solution is also something that (sadly) needs to be purchased and that is from Silect Software:
http://www.silect.com/solutions/mp-management
Otherwise, there are a selection of PShell scripts about that help:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee617132.aspx
And not technically what you are looking for but may be of interest:
Cheers

if it's about overrides applied to specific MP you can also use Authoring -> Management Pack Objects - > Overrides and Scope to necessary MP (MPs) and you'll see reconfigured rules/monitors.Tuesday, November 13, 2012 9:48 AM

MPViewer is the easiest way to generate a report of everything that is in a MP.
