User Role not showing all listed owners in the Queue RRS feed

  • Ok, so I have Service Request Queues set up, and User Roles. each Queue/User Role corresponds with the usernames for the people on the team as well as a group that gets assigned everything inititally, and then the team members will pull tickets from the main group username and assigned them to themselves. This all worked just fine all last week, and I came in this morning and none of the tickets assigned to the general group username are showing, though they will show in the assigned to me view. I haven't changed anything about the user roles or queues or any permissions since Friday. Can anyone please offer advice? Thanks!
