Not authorized to access msconfig? RRS feed

    I just bought my brother's HP 2000 Notebook PC (Windows 7 Home Premium). When I try to search for msconfig in the Start menu, it doesn't come up. When I attempt to access it using other means, I get an error message telling me I do not have administrative permission. I am the administrator. Someone please offer me a solution.

    Hello,

    Do not search just type msconfig in the search box in start menu. It will open.
