  • Question

  • Hallo Windows,

I have a short and important question about Windows 7.

Can I use my Windows 7 with my Windows Server 2003 , are they compatible ? If you know any Problem and a suggested solution, please provide me about it.

    Explaination:

I have 2 Domain Controllers, File Server, WSUS, Antiviruse Server, 3 Exchange Server and one Print Server.  All of them running under Windows 2003 Server, my Clients are Windows XP Pro. If I upgrade now my Clients to Windows 7 , It will works or not?

Please give your professional ideas and suggestions.

    Thanks

Answers

  • Yes. They are compatible.

Only some tiny problems, such as Group Policy changes in Windows 7 systems may cause GP apply issues, or printer driver compatible may cause printer deployment issues. You can find answers from Technet for these questions.
