Thanks for contacting our forum. Per my research, we cannot achieve it in outlook or Exchange powershell,
You could use EWS to search mailboxes. https://msdn.microsoft.com/EN-US/library/office/dn579422(v=exchg.150).aspx.
Here is the sample csv output where it found for Search-Mailbox:
Mailbox,Folder,Subject,Read,Sent,Received,Sender Display Name,Sender Email Address,Importance,Sensitivity,Message ID,Flag Complete Time, Flag Complete Date,Flag Request,Flag Status,Flag
Subject,Is Flag Set For Recipient,Item Color,Task Status,Start Date,Due Date,Is Complete,Percent Complete,Is To Do Item,Categories
Please see the red words, maybe we can search for that information and move the items to the specified folder.
