Windows 7 Freezing Problem! RRS feed

  • i changed my Hardware.

    Before : 

    CPU : Intel(R) Pentium Dual-Core E6700 3.2GHz

    RAM : DDR2 4GB

    VGA : NVIDIA GT 220 512MB LP

    Sound : Realtek HD ALC888

    HDD : 2.5TB

    Power : 250W

    and change.

    After : 

    CPU : Intel(R) Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5GHz

    RAM : DDR2 4GB

    VGA : NVIDIA GT 520 1GB LP

    Sound : ALC888

    HDD : 2.5TB

    Power : 250W

    and, i reinstall windows 7, but still freezing.

    when i browsing, gaming, listening, and the others, usually Freezing.

    when freezing, i must shutdown by plug. No Key, No Mouse.

    what is the problem?  Low Power?

  • Please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:


    Click Start Menu
    Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
    Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
    Expand Custom Views
    Click Administrative Events
    Right click Administrative Events
    Save all Events in Custom View As...
    Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
    Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
    Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
    Upload the .zip file here (if you can) to skydrive or a file sharing service

    Have you tried to check the issue under the Safe Mode?

    If the issue would not persist, you may perform a clean startup to determine whether background programs are interfering with your game or program:

    Also, remember to update all the drivers to the latest for check.
