Can't see files to attach to Email in OWA RRS feed

  • One of our network users cannot see all the documents in their "My Documents" folder when trying to find a specific file to attach in OWA. Only part of the subdirectories and files are visible.

    If it is a recently edited Office files, the user can go to recent places - all the files are then shown.

    How can I ensure that all files are displayed?

    This is not a problem outside of OWA.

    To narrow down the cause, I recommend you the following troubleshooting to check if the issue still exists:

    1. Change another Internet Explorer.
    2. Change another machine.

    So you not receiving any errors, you just cannot see the subdirectories? What type of attachment are they trying to upload?
