    Greeting,

    Have about hundreds app-v client, included RDS client.

    will be possible one command from the App-V manager server to force all the client get the updates? (prefer not use Group policy)

    No the App-V server components don't provide that functionality. You'll need to use the likes of SCCM or similar.
