Server Manager Crash CLR20r3

Question

First of all, my hyper-v was stopped working.
Then i tried to reinstal hyper-v manager from role of server manager.
Somehow after i tried to uninstall hyper-v, my server manager become crash with the following error:

Hi,
There is a cache file for the MMC you can try deleting. It's C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\MMC on a Windows 2008 R2 server, deleting or rename MMC folder and check the result.
Also, try to run the System Update Readiness Tool to see if there is any error could be found.

Just check have you installed "kb:2686831" patch in your Hyper-v server. If yes then kindly remove and check.
