  • I have an unused licensed copy of XP 64 bit, do I qualify for an automatic upgrade to Win 7 64 bit?

    I also have a licensed copy of Win 7 32 bit but I need the 64 bit version for a new install.

    You can use this Windows XP 64-bit license to upgrade to Windows 7 64-bit. You will need to install Windows XP and a Windows 7 64-bit installation disk.
