Vista antivirus 2012 RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi, my name is gypsy and my PC was hijacked yesterday morning. I have a Dell inspiron 531 vista home premium edition 32 bit. I have a 64 x 2 duel core processor 400+ 2.11 GHz.  I got a popup saying I needed the vista antivirus remover which like an idiot I purchased. I wasn't able to get online at all. I kept getting the vista popup. I downloaded spyware doctor removed the virus, called my bank etc. Now the only way I can get online is in safe mode. I reformatted my PC twice to factory specs. I had to reformat it the second time because I couldn't even get into the PC. The recovery kept coming on. I have no idea what sites my daughter went to. I was sick two days, I get on my PC and it's screwed up. How can I fix this problem without having to take it in to a PC repairman? I scanned my PC with malwarebytes and it says my PC is clean.
