I have created a Relying Party Trust to an external (3rd Party) web site and can sign-in as expected. When I create an Access Control Policy to enable MFA, and try to access the site, I get an access is denied error message. I do not get the option
to enter MFA details.
I have created a simple MVC Sample Claims App and enabled MFA as above and I am presented with the MFA option as expected when I try to sign-in.
Any ideas why I try to connect to the 3rd Party web site, I am not prompted to enter my MFA details ?
