Mail Encryption RRS feed

  • I have a problem with mails encrypted from one of my clients. Upon receiving we are unable to forward, print or copy mail and it attachments.

    On the receiving side they only have Office 365 Home Premier edition but from the sender side they have the Enterprise Edition with their own company policies.

    They refuse to except the fact that we have told them that the encryption happens from their side and insist it is from our end. According to all I was able to read up on Office 365 Home edition which do not use outlook.com but a separate service provider can not enable this encryption the more they say it is on our side.

    Am I right in my assumption or is there something we need to do on our side to be able to print, forward or copy their mails
