What software do you use for the Receptionists (Lync Attendant)? RRS feed

  • Hello,

    We use Skype for Business 2015 (in Citrix) for our company and it works great.  We what our Receptionists to start using it, but am told we have to use the very old Lync Attendant instead, are there any other solutions?

    For small teams we use response groups, but they can't see the queues of calls, apparently Lync Attendant does.

    Depending on the needs...  I find Attendant Pro extremely simple to set up and use, but there are some features I believe the Bridge has that some prefer.
