BSOD: Starting up IE8 within a sequenced app

Question
-
Folks,
I have had a couple of instances now of when the user clicks a link in a application and the machine then BSOD's with the following errors:
STOP: 0X0000008E (0xC0000005, 0xAB813326, 0xBFDB6CA8, 0x0000000)
sftplaylh.sys - adress whatever blah blah
This is running under Windows Vista with SP2 & IE8, with SoftGrid client v4.2.2.21
The sequence works fine under Windows XP with Sp3 and IE7.
Anybody have any ideas?
Thanks,

Folks,
I have tried the App-V 4.5 Client with the problem machine and this sequence now works fine and starts IE8 up and loads the requested page.
Are there any issues with using the 4.5 client against a 4.2 server infrastructure?

Hello,
No, its a supported upgrade scenario (meaning first upgrade clients and then the server-backend...)

Hi,
I have also notice that the applications don't appear to log their useage data with the softgrid 4.2 server like they used too with the 4.2 client. How does one get it to work as before?
Thanks,

Hello,
Reporting has changed somewhat in the 4.5 client, perhaps that could be the issue. Any errors in the log-file?
