Unable to reinstall WSUS - Server 2012 R2 RRS feed

    Hello, 

    I was wondering if someone could provide me some direction. I removed the WID folder under the Windows directory thinking that if I reinstalled WID for WSUS everything would be re-created, but that doesn't seem to be the case. From what I can see the installation completes, but I am unable to launch WSUS. When I go into the WID folder the only thing that is in there is a folder named DBVerify with SUSDBVerify.dll inside. Anyone have any recommendations on getting the internal database reinstalled?

    Hi,

    Please remove the WID in features, then reinstall it.

    After that, we can reinstall the WID for WSUS.
