Manage external users in Azure active directory and password expiry policy in Office 365

  • Hi,

You don't need to add external users to Azure AD to collaborate and share documents from SharePoint Online. You can check this article on how to give external users access to sites and documents without adding them to Azure AD.

    Hope this helps.

  • Thanks, just thinking, how Admin can disable the External users, so that if they have access to 10 sites, Admin can disable/Remove from one place, so that he can't access any of the sites.

  • You can turn off remote sharing for the tenant from the Office 365 portal. You can do this as well for remote sharing for the Site Collection. This is the easiest way. Otherwise you have to do this at every site.
