How to install Windows Svr2008R2 as a WebServer RRS feed

    Anybody can help me to install Web Server in WinSvrStd 2008R2..

    In my company I have a WinSvr Premium 2003 as a Domain Controller (DC), Now we are planning to make 2 new servers WinSvrStd 2008R2 as a WebServer only.... In WinSvr 2008R2 with VMware VSphare and inside VMWare we wants to install Database Server that one also WinSvrStd 2008R2...

    1) How to install WebSvr 2008R2 in Physical server and is it should be in workgroup or in member Svr.

    2) Is Database server should be workgroup, in Domain or Member Svr.

    3) If I take WebSvr 2008R2 in Physical machine and Virtual Machine database Svr then any problem in future.

    Please suggest me how to do setup step by step, should be work three server at a time....
