App-V 5.0 SP2 Hotfix 1 - No longer available?!?

Question
-
Was hotfix 1 for App-V 5.0 SP2 been pulled from distribution?? We're having problems with the SP2 clients improperly handling SxS assemblies thereby causing apps to not function. It seems this hotfix was released on 1/31/14, but the webpage is not available?

MS calls HF1 for App-V 5 SP2 back. If SP2 was installed after SP1, it may break apps: http://bit.ly/1dfXfT8 (german)

OK, I can see the article was posted today. In translation to English, it does say the hotfix was withdrawn.
Contrary the article's opinion however, even clean installs of SP2 (not upgrades) still have affected SxS components with same symptoms as outlined in http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/61fadde7-fa61-4e19-98d3-242c0013cc74/appv-5-sp2-rds-client-problem-with-side-byside-and-visual-c-runtime?forum=mdopappv.

The German article doesn't claim that 'skipping SP1' solves all problems that might be caused by SP2. It only claims that deleting registry keys does not occur
