Limitation on forwarder through shared mailbox on 0365 exchange online RRS feed

  • Dear Team,

    We want to create a forwarder account  in exchange online which doesn’t have a mailbox license in Exchange Online which should receive emails, then this exchange online forwarder should catch it and forward it to  or any email id which will be hosted with some other email service provider.

    The below link explains forwarding to an external e-mail without using a license through shared mailbox and added external contacts:-

    We worked on this and finally found that the said option in the above link has a limitation of single user as a recipient (forwarder).

    What is the limitation of number of email forwarders which can be set in one account? 

    What is the limitation in creating shared mailbox in one O365 tenant?

    What is the limitation of number of external contacts which can be added to one O365 tenant?
