App-V Application Bubble Sharing RRS feed

  • Question

  • We are running App-V version 4.6 and are using some software which monitors windows messages generated by executables running in memory. We have found that once an application is running in its own bubble, even though we can see the applications executable running in memory (Windows 7 Desktop/Task List), our monitoring software does not see the windows messages generated by the application. If the application does not run in its own bubble which we are trying to monitor, then there is no issue and can see the windows messages being generated.
I am hoping that there is a feature where by one application bubble can share information or allow access with another application bubble? So simply put, Application 'A' runs in its own bubble, and Application 'B' which is our monitoring software needs to access Application 'A's bubble so that Application 'B' can see the windows messages generated by Application 'A's executable name running in memory.
I look forward to your response.
    Best regards,
    Basil
