Can someone tell me whether Modern Auth is needed for the following scenario:
Intune MAM for Skype Mobile
Skype For Business 2015 On-Prem
Exchange 2010/2016 On-Prem
and then
Intune MAM for Skype Mobile and Outlook Mobile
Skype For Business 2015 On-Prem

Hi Alex,
Yes,you could deploy MA for your scenario ,but there are some limits in your scenario.
Scenario 1:
Intune MAM for Skype Mobile
Skype For Business 2015 On-Prem
Exchange 2010/2016 On-Prem
There are on-premise environment, MA is on for SFB on-premises. MFA (Windows Desktop only - mobile clients are not supported)
Scenario 2:
Intune MAM for Skype Mobile and Outlook Mobile
Skype For Business 2015 On-Prem
Exchange 2016 On-Prem/ Online (some mailboxes on prem some in cloud)
No SFB MA features available in this topology

No, It is not necessary to deploy MA .
