How to make a Filter for tasks in next 3 months. RRS feed

  • Question

  • I am looking for a filter to show tasks in next 3 months, that I can just open the view and print to PDF for a weekly report, without re-entering dates.

    Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

  • Hi,

    you could create a flag field with following formula (as sample):

    ProjDateDiff(Date(),[Start],[Project Calendar])<=480*20*3

    ProjDateDiff(Date(),[Start],[Project Calendar]) calculates die working days between today and Task Start Date. The calculation is 480 (min/Day) * 20 (working days / month) * 3 (months).

    Create a new view with a new filter or apply new filter to existing view. Filter should be <Flag1> equals true.

    Does that help?
