  • Outlook 2016 shared mailboxes not updating automatically

  •  if we disable cache mode for these shared mailboxes, it works well.

    By "disable cache mode for these shared mailboxes", do you mean unticking the checkbox of "Download Shared Folders" in "Account Settings" dialog?

    How were your shared mailbox configured in your Outlook? Via auto-mapping or as a second Exchange account in the Outlook profile?

    Since this issue doesn't happen when cached mode is not on, we may try to recreate the OST file on one of the affected computers and then see whether this issue continues.
