Exchange queue monitoring script RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi guys,

I'm looking for an exchange script to generate emails every hour, only when/if the queues reach the certain number of messages. Can someone help with a script?

    Thank you!

This would be done by defining a system alert and does not require any scripting.  It is a one time definition.   Just define the alert and define it to send an email when the threshold is breached.

This is part of basic NT administration so ask you NT  administrators to either do this for you are to help you do it.  You can also just search the NT documentation for "alerts and logs" to find out how to use the NT system alerts and performance logging components.
