Rights Management and E-mail - prevent conversations from having new users added RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

My Director wants to be able to start an e-mail conversation with ad-hoc users and ensure the recipients cannot forward the conversation on, but allow them to reply.  As far as I can tell as soon as you reply it makes you the author of a new document and you can add whatever people you want to the conversation.

I believe the only way to do this would be to make a template for the users to use, but this would not favor ad-hoc users being added.

In all the reading I've done it seems like this would be an unadvisable use of Azure Rights Management, and that we'd want to only have some very general broad templates.

Either way, is there the ability to prevent a conversation from being "forwarded" but allow reply/reply all?  When I uncheck "forward" I only see reply lit up, but when I reply, I can add whatever users I want to the to/cc fields.
