Urgent help with win.8.1 RRS feed

  • Question

  •   1st time this has ever happened to me,ever! I have no Desktop Icons. I have no idea why?  I restated the pc 2x and shutdown 1x & have never seen this. Thanks for any help; Oh,and my thunderbird email is not working for my Outlook mail. I can be reached @ {removed PII}  TY

  • Go for a System Restore. Select any restore point prior to this problem.

  • Hi,

    Have you make any change to your system before this problem occurs? Such as install software or add new hardware? If that it is, please try to uninstall them for test to fix this problem.

    On the other hand, you can try to use the command below to fix this problem for test:

    sfc /scannow

    If no use, using the command below instead:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
