DPM - Unable to refresh any data source - never loads resources RRS feed

  • I am using Microsoft Azure Backup Server / DPM version 13.0.415.0. When I try to modify a protection group, I highlight a data source / computer and click refresh. Then the hourglass appears under the computer and I wait to see the list of resources to protect.

    This used to work fine but after updating DPM to the latest version, I am unable to refresh any data source. When I click refresh, the hourglass appears and never goes away. I tried doing it for multiple protected computers. I tried leave it refreshing overnight. The hourglass is still there when I check again.

    What could be the problem? If I can't refresh any data source, I basically can no longer use DPM to protect anything.
