    It might be because the game isnt totally compatiable yet but when i play it my fps gets to an all time low and on windows xp its perfectly fine.
    Installed the ATI Vista RC1 drivers and no improvment in performance
    seemed to work better in pre rc1

    I havent heard very many stories of RC1 causing applications to run slower. I dont know what it could be, i dont think a better video card will help since it worked on xp, maybe though? or maybe my ram for your computer overall? Otherwise I would wait until RTM and hope it works then.

    yeah i have 2 gigabytes of RAM so thats not the problem
    it worked better in other builds so ill just wait until the RTM to see how it really runs
