scsm 2012 - email warning alerts reflecting original target resolution RRS feed

  • I have an analyst that received a warning email that the Target Resolution Time was near for an incident assigned to him; he added a comment to the incident via the console which changed the Target Resolution.  The problem is the analyst is still receiving warning emails with the old Target Resolution Time reflected in the email. Can you point me in the right direction? I'm thinking the workflow should be re-checking the Target Resolution Time before it sends additional warnings but I am new to this.
