How to enable Helpdesk Administrator group to manage only DGs, SGs and Generic account creation portal. RRS feed

  • Hello All - Wondering if you can help or assist with an issues I’m running in to. Is it even possible to create a lower Helpdesk Administrator to manage or make changes request in portal? These changes only contain creation of DGs, SGs and Generic accounts in portal. For example this group are only allow to create DGS, SGs, and Generic account creation or modifying; no other permission is need or required for this group.

    We already have a Admin group in “Set” but we rather not give them this permission.

    Any help or guidance is greatly appreciated.
