Adding providers and information to Health Vault account RRS feed

  • I do not have any providers in my Health Vault account. Last time I checked about 2 months ago I had providers and medical information within my account. Does anyone know how I can add my medical information and list of providers to my account? I added some measurements, glucose levels, etc.. about 2 months ago and all of that information has disappeared too. I appreciate the help.
