Unable to send calendar invitation with image signature RRS feed

    I'm facing this issue whereby calendar invitation sent on Outlook 2016 with image signature fail to deliver. On some Outlook 2013, the calendar was sent successfully but same error '550 4.4.7' was showing.

    I've tried to attach the image as link to file while creating the signature, it's still showing the same.

    Please assist.

    Can you please tell us something about the Anti Spam setting ?

    The anti spam settings was left at default, nothing was added to the spam list.

    Signature is is created in Word 2016, with the picture attached as link to file option. It was then copied to Outlook.

    Ohh That might be the reason why it is creating this issue.

    Is it possible to use a JPG instead ? Just try and let me know the result please.

    Try to create the same signature in Outlook, not copy from Word to Outlook.

    And does this issue occur on when users send normal messages with signature to other users?

    same error when sending with jpg image.

    it only happens to Calendar invitation.

    Same issue happen when creating from outlook.

    This issue only happen to calendar invitation, normal email working perfectly.

    is it happening for all mailboxes ? if not, then it is a specific issue with this mailbox

    it's happening on all mailbox when user sends meeting invites with image signature.
