sharepoint services cannot deserialise the webpart.Check the format of
    the properties and try again."

At that time i checked the events in windows log ,it is giving errors as

  • Hi HarithaBatt:

What did you do before the error happened?
For web part error, you can check the KB article 826786 and make sure mentioned Temp and logfiles folder have correct permissions.

  • hi Lhan Han,

I am new to sharepoint administration and these types of issues. After giving read and write permissions on log file to Network service, the above error came.

At that time sharepoint central administration is not opening.

So at that time i can't do anything so i restarted the system. Then everything goes well. But this problem again occuring with in 24 or 48 hrs.I think System rebooting is not correct method it is solving my problem temporarily.

I am getting the follwoing errors whenever problem started,

    In Sharepoint Sites,

    "WebPartError:One
of the properties of the webpart has an incorrect format.Windows
sharepoint services cannot deserialise the webpart.Check the format of
    the properties and try again."

"People not identifying when trying to give or change permissions"

    "File Not Found"

In sharepoint designer, i can't open any site .It is giving error as "(-1, -1) Compilation failed. Could not find file 'C:\Windows\TEMP\v6eiqfjb.dll'.)"

"The server could not complete your request.Contact your internet service provider or web server administrator to make sure that the server has Front page Server extensions or sharepoint services installed.

soap:ServerServer was unable to process request. ---> Could not find file 'C:\Windows\TEMP\mg3ewati.dll'. "

    In event logs,

For a specific site , "Unable to load DLL 'activeds.dll':A dyamic library(DLL) initialisation routine failed(Exception from HRESULT : 0x8007045A)

At that time i checked the events in windows log ,it is giving errors for every second as
"Faulting application csc.exe, version 8.0.50727.4016, time stamp
    0x49cc6149, faulting module kernel32.dll, version 6.0.6002.18541, time
stamp 0x4ec3e855, exception code 0xc0000142, fault offset
0x00000000000b6fc8, process id 0x18c4, application start time
    0x01cd370b958bdc1c. "

I really don't know what is happening and how to solve?

Kindly let me know the details regarding these issues
