  • I have a Gateway NV57H

    Windows 7

    I still have 465GB out of 500

    Computer is 10 months old.

    Increasing in frequency is a blue screen. This happens when after one minute the screen goes black. I leave it on line to see what emails are coming in. It always happens while Gmail is up. Below are details about problem when window appears; "Click for Windows to find a solution. No solution or acknowledgement follows: Thanks in advance.

  • Hi,

    Please upload the dump file, it will help us to analyze the reason of BSOD:

    1. Click “Start”, type “%SystemRoot%\Minidump" (without quotation marks) in “Search” bar and press “Enter”.

    2. Go to your Desktop, right-click on it and create a new folder named "Dump".

    3. Copy all the memory dump files (looks like [Mini092008-01.dmp]) in Minidump to this folder.

    4. Right-click on the Dump folder, click "Send To", and click "Compressed (zipped) Folder".

    5. Upload to SkyDrive.
